Job Description. (IT Support Assistant)
Experience with Firewalls i.e. Sonicwall, Fortinet.
Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, VMs, Azure and GSuite.
Experience with Windows Operating System.
Monitoring and maintenance of network LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN and servers.
Maintenance, repair ,Upgrade and configure new servers, desktop/laptop hardware and software to meet
company objectives.
Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent from viruses.
Creating user accounts and controlling access.
Performs diagnostic testing and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
Documentation procedures, as well as backup and storage of data.
Supervise and consult with employees across all departments, as well as providing on-site and remote
IT support.
Keeping up to date with the advance and best IT practices.
IT asset allocation and maintenance.
Disaster recovery, backup, maintenance & support.
Management of electronic equipment.
Monitoring the performance of existing computers, systems, laptops, access points, CCTV cameras,
printers, and IT infrastructure.
Qualification
Bachelors Degree
5+ year experience
