Job Description Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across the company Setting up accounts for new users (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV) Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Testing new technology PERSONALITY Logical thought process Ability to stick to strict deadlines Ability to work well with people Excellent organizational skills Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours Enthusiasm for continual learning Qualifications 1 - 2 years of relevant experience HND in computer science Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus Additional Information Candidates who do not meet the above criteria need not apply.
