JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance requirements, and end-user computing.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Proven experience in conducting security risk assessments and incident management.
  • Strong proficiency in managing Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA, DNS, RMS), and Exchange Service (O365).
  • Solid understanding of security risk management, governance frameworks, IT security audits, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, application security, system hardening, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational systems and data.
  • Assess IT infrastructure needs and recommend improvements to enhance security, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Advise senior management on technology upgrades, explaining the benefits of new IT investments.
  • Plan, oversee, and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and scheduled maintenance.
  • Support the IT team by providing guidance, assisting in performance evaluations, and fostering professional growth.
  • Identify training opportunities and develop programs to help employees maximize the use of IT systems.
