Description Summary Provides IT support for the company, ensuring that the company computer network is running smoothly and efficiently. IT support performs an array of IT tasks under the direct supervision of the IT Manager. Provides IT support for employees of the company. Coordinates logistics for project activities (ex. Meetings, new employees) Assist with orders or deliveries of products and resources from vendors. Assist in installing, operating, and maintaining all computers and networks. Assist in training company-wide for proper use of all technology. Resolve IT support requests from employees. Answering employee questions regarding computer systems. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems. Generating sing-ins for new hires before the onboarding process. Requirements Skills and Abilities IT Assistant requires one (1) or more years of related work experience in technology. Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Understanding of programming, computer science, and digital security. Knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is also required. Physical Abilities: Requires sitting for extended periods of time, walking, bending, reaching, carrying, and occasionally lifting and or moving objects up to 25 pounds.
