Job Title: IT Associate I – End User Computing Location: On-site – Monterrey, Nuevo Leon Reports to: IT Manager Level: Entry Level Req ID: 2149 About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented IT Associate I to join our End User Computing team. This is an entry-level, on-site role focused on providing hands-on technical support, device provisioning, and day-to-day IT operations for internal users. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, peripherals, and accounts for new hires Support onboarding and offboarding processes Manage and resolve tickets within defined SLAs using the ITSM system Troubleshoot Google Workspace tools and collaborate on the migration from Microsoft environments Maintain asset inventory and equipment tracking Escalate complex issues when needed and document solutions Support onsite users and coordinate with remote sites when required Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Basic to intermediate English proficiency Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Admin basics) Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows, O365) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Customer-service mindset and clear communication Ability to work on-site full-time Nice to Have Experience with Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) Familiarity with JumpCloud Experience with Microsoft Intune or other device management tools Previous internship or help desk experience (1 year experience) What We Offer Hands-on experience across multiple IT areas Exposure to modern workplace technologies and migrations Growth and learning opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment About Uber Freight Uber Freight helps companies move goods more reliably and efficiently.
