Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for running the corporate help desk to support the EBS business system, basic network, and computer issues, and assist technicians with manufacturer software, Responsible for all front line troubleshooting in IT Responsible for escalating all unsolved issues to the IT Manager Responsible for being thorough and not give up in the resolving of problems Responsible for all manufacturer software setup and support Responsible for setting up all-new desktop and laptop computers and maintaining same Responsible for working with the IT Manager on all new location setup of IT infrastructure Other duties as assigned by management REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements) Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary. Lift equipment (10-75 pounds regularly) Able to climb ladders Operate basic hand tools, such as drills, saws, and wire fishing equipment Must have good computer skills Must be a fast learner Must be a good communicator and able to interact with and interpret issues over the phone Must be able to travel as required (1-4 weeks per quarter)
Responsibilities
The IT Associate is responsible for managing the corporate help desk, troubleshooting IT issues, and supporting the EBS business system. They will also handle hardware setup, manufacturer software support, and assist with IT infrastructure at new locations.
