Wolff-ST, LLC is a privately held Women’s Fashion Footwear company located in Fenton, Missouri. We are seeking an on-stie IT associate that is motivated and detail-oriented to join our IT team. This entry-level position is perfect for early-career professionals with a passion for technology, networking, and hands-on support. Candidate will perform the following duties:
· Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
· Assist with setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
· Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and basic infrastructure
· Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access via Active Directory, Domain Controller, MxToolbox, Red Canary, Azure, Duo Security, Big Leaf, Microsoft Security, BC Monitoring, Threat Down, Microsoft Office 355 software and email, and other systems
· Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT standpoint

We are looking for the following skill sets:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, MS Server etc.)
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting tools
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and solve problems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· 0–2 years of relevant experience
