We’re seeking an IT Audit Manager to join our RAAS team.
This opportunity is perfect for you if you are a highly analytical individual with a strong background in IT audit and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will manage IT audit processes, develop and implement audit strategies, and utilize your expertise to drive business decisions, seize new opportunities and mitigate risks. Your ability to translate complex IT regulations into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be crucial.
The position will be based at our Headquarter in Genoa (Italy).

HOW YOU’LL LIVE YOUR AMBITION:

As an IT Audit Manager, you’ll join our team in Genoa, immersing yourself in a role responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of our IT operations. Your role will be pivotal in planning and executing IT audits, developing and implementing audit strategies, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Demonstrate your passion

  • You will plan and conduct IT audits, performing independent reviews to ensure the reliability of financial controls, compliance with regulations, and efficiency of IT operations.
  • You will play a pivotal role in IT audit strategy, defining annual audit plans aligned with commercial goals and growth strategies across various markets.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT processes meet the highest standards and draft detailed audit reports, highlighting areas for improvement and corrective actions.
  • You will test the effectiveness of key controls on IT systems for financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, and coordinate integrated technology audits with RAAS groups from operating companies.
  • You will build strong relationships with senior IT management, positioning RAAS as a strategic partner in IT risk management.
  • You will collaborate with Finance and Legal teams globally to align audit strategies with financial goals, track business performance, and innovate audit models to maximize compliance and efficiency.

  • You will prepare and analyze reports on audit strategies and market trends, providing valuable insights to guide our business decisions.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses and creating compelling presentations to showcase performance results will be key.
  • Maintaining and enhancing audit tools, always seeking innovative ideas to improve accuracy, will help us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Fostering strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including Finance, Sales, and Legal teams, will be essential in this collaborative environment.
