What you’ll do: Lead and manage IT audit engagements, assessing the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements Evaluate clients’ IT environments including application controls, infrastructure, cyber security, data protection, and IT governance frameworks Provide technical guidance and mentorship to audit teams specializing in IT controls and security Collaborate with clients to identify IT risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies that enhance the overall control environment Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT audit methodology and leverage emerging technologies such as automation and data analytics What we’re looking for: Proven experience managing IT audit engagements within professional services or industry, covering areas such as application controls, general IT controls, cybersecurity, and IT governance Strong technical knowledge of IT audit frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001), cybersecurity standards, and relevant regulatory requirements Experience leading and mentoring teams with a focus on IT control assurance Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business recommendations Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or progress towards CA/CPA qualification is highly regarded What you’ll gain: A supportive, inclusive culture where your ideas and perspective are welcomed from day one.
