What you’ll do: Lead the delivery of complex and large-scale IT audit, cybersecurity, and technology risk engagements, ensuring high-quality insights and practical recommendations. Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with C-suite and senior client executives, understanding their strategic objectives and aligning IT risk solutions accordingly. Shape and champion the development of innovative IT audit methodologies, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance audit effectiveness. Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, diversity, and collaboration. Play an integral role in business development by identifying growth opportunities, crafting proposals, and expanding PwC’s footprint in IT risk and cybersecurity advisory services. What we’re looking for: Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in IT audit, cybersecurity assurance, or technology risk consulting within a professional services environment. Proven leadership in managing multiple large client engagements and delivering complex risk advisory projects. Deep expertise in IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST), data privacy regulations, and emerging technology risks. Strong commercial acumen and business development capability. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders across diverse industries.
