IVX Health is seeking an IT Automation Engineer to develop and enhance automation solutions that optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in systems engineering, automation, or software development.
  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) and UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data, IT compliance frameworks, or cloud data warehousing is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop Automation Solutions – Design, develop, and implement automated tools, scripts, and workflows to enhance IT and business operations.
  • Optimize Processes – Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Lead Automation Initiatives – Serve as a technical expert on automation, providing best practices and driving adoption across the organization.
  • Ensure Quality & Performance – Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure automation tools are reliable, efficient, and secure.
  • Document & Standardize – Establish and maintain technical documentation and standards for automation processes.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with IT, service operations, and business teams to resolve technology challenges and implement automation solutions.
  • Support & Troubleshoot – Provide second and third-level support for automated workflows, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
  • Enhance Security & Compliance – Ensure automation solutions align with organizational policies, security best practices, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Contribute to Innovation – Research and evaluate emerging automation technologies, including AI and machine learning, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform Additional Duties – Support IT initiatives and special projects as needed.
