THE ROLE
Chetola Resort is seeking a technically skilled and service-oriented IT & AV Support Technician to help maintain and improve the resort’s technology infrastructure and event support services. This hands-on position plays a key role in supporting daily IT operations, AV setups, and systems troubleshooting across departments including lodging, dining, spa, events, and administration.
Working closely with both the Assistant IT Director and Director of IT, you’ll support resort-wide hardware, software, and audiovisual needs—ensuring systems remain stable, secure, and ready to support exceptional guest service. As a key member of our IT and AV team, you’ll have opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and explore pathways into senior IT roles, AV coordination, or systems administration. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that supports continuous learning and resort-wide teamwork.
