Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, manage risks and issues, and report on progress to senior management. Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Treasury, and Risk departments. Ensure adherence to governance, documentation standards, and change management protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services, with a focus on liquidity risk or treasury systems. Proven experience managing or coordinating medium to large-scale IT projects. Strong understanding of banking products, risk management processes, and regulatory reporting requirements. Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet). Familiarity with liquidity and risk platforms (e.g., Moody’s RiskAuthority, QRM, Murex, Finastra, or equivalent) is an advantage. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
