Position Summary: The IT & Business Intelligence (BI) Administrator is responsible for ensuring seamless technology operations across all Wilsbach departments. This position has a heavy focus on utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance operational efficiency and advancing automation initiatives. Also involved with the design, implementation, and ongoing support of hardware, software, reporting and data solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement AI solutions to enhance efficiency in sales and operations processes. Build and maintain custom tools and workflows using SharePoint, Power Platform, or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) • Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings across systems. • Monitor and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. • Perform system updates, patches, and preventative maintenance. • Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and deactivating accounts and devices. • Collaborate with the BI Team to support reporting platforms and maintain internal dashboards. • Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. • Support ERP, WMS, and other business systems in coordination with vendors and internal users. • Enforce cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, endpoint protection, and access controls. • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, IT procedures, and asset records. • Manage routine data backups and regularly test disaster recovery protocols. • Ensure compliance with IT governance policies, licensing standards, and data security protocols. Qualifications Working knowledge of operating systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), network fundamentals, and specialized AI/ML tools. Knowledge in building and maintaining custom tools and workflows using SharePoint, Power Platform, or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, etc.). Understanding data design, data quality principles, and data management techniques to support AI initiatives. Adjusted/Flexible hours to support daily IT tasks, including possible evening and/or weekend support. Effective communication (written and oral) and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency when performing tasks. Strong interpersonal skills, effective at building relationships internally and externally. Ability to work independently and a drive to research and develop IT related projects. 1-2 years of progressive IT support (preferably distribution experience). Minimum of AA certificate/degree in Computer science, IT, IST or related field, or equivalent experience and certification. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Apple IOS, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Security-minded with a proactive approach to system access and data protection. Working knowledge in firewall configuration and general networking. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs as needed.
