    The IT Board is a cross-department that is responsible for the further development, management and monitoring of project quality and project procedures for internal IT projects. It implements strategic decision, prioritises IT projects, allocates budgets and decides on concepts, technologies, and information security guidelines.
    The IT Board Office provides operational support for communication with the members of the IT Board, organises and coordinates the IT Board meetings, including the preparation and distribution of necessary documents. It prepares and distributes the minutes of the meetings to the IT Board members and applicants.

Responsibilities

THE FOLLOWING TASKS AWAIT YOU:

  • You will ensure the quality and completeness of IT Board proposals
  • You will be involved in all relevant stakeholders (works council, project unit) about the planned IT Board applications
  • You will plan and prepare the IT Board meetings, as well as the associated discussion calendar (e.g. with the management)
  • You will ensure and facilitate the decision-making process at IT Board meetings and during holiday periods
  • You will onboard new IT Board members and their deputies
  • You will organize and structure document storage for the IT Board
  • You will moderate the IT Board meetings and the associated discussion meetings (e.g. with the management)
  • You will follow up on IT Board meetings (minutes, approvals, documentation)
  • You will review and improve the IT Board process, procedures and coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • You will obtain the external reports for the IT Board (project status reports, IT reports on KPIs)
