MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience with developing documentation of processes or standard operating procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
  • Intermediate English Level
  • Submit resume in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Ariba MyBuy/Spend Management/Procurement modules
  • Familiarity with Cloud service providers like AWS & Azure
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts such as compute, storage, network, etc

Responsibilities

HYBRIDROLES:

Boston Scientific’s hybrid workplace includes Working from Home and onsite. You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Analyst responsible for developing documentation, processes, and financial analysis to maintain cloud and compute delivery standards and contractual alignment. This resource will partner with system engineers, application owners and vendors to continuously analyze environment standards and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to detailed analysis and documentation of processes with emphasis on standards
  • Work with team members to translate process analysis into documented procedures
  • Primary responsibility to maintain financial performance records (Quotes, purchase orders, invoices, etc) for team contracts and initiatives
  • Advise and assist others with their role in the change control process.
  • Contribute to system testing activities.
  • Gain an in-depth working knowledge of hosting solutions and touch points with other core technology disciplines.
  • Support for resources during initial launches and rollouts.
  • Provide day to day process support to existing implementations
