Responsibilities
Analyze and synthesize information from business users.
Identify the true needs of stakeholders beyond their expressed desires.
Define detailed requirements, diagnose business problems, and clearly state what is needed to resolve these issues.
Develop a business case outlining the approach to address the problem, the costs involved, and the expected benefits for the organization.
Ensure alignment between business needs and the capabilities of the solution, continuously verifying that changes meet expected business benefits and that the business case remains relevant.
Facilitate communication across organizational units.
Collaborate with the development team and solution architect to design and define the solution.
Act as a liaison between business users and application developers.
