• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development or IT projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions that drive organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.
• Work with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and timelines.
