We are looking for a Banking IT Business Analyst with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects. Responsibilities: Identify, analyze, and document detailed requirements for projects Create functional and technical requirement documents from business needs Assist users in functional acceptance testing and application updates Coordinate internal business and technical teams for requirement finalization Serve as the subject matter expert during and after project implementation Provide functional and technical support for system efficiency Day-to-day support to the project team and the customer/business users. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related degrees Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sector and business analysis & modeling tools, and project methodologies Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences Proficient verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) Competitive Compensation package.
