About Nteractive IT Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (Fixed-Term Contract up to 12 Months) Location: Surrey, UK (Hybrid working) At Nteractive, we bring experiences to life. We're looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join us on a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months and play a key role in a major digital transformation programme supporting one of our largest global technology clients. This is an exciting opportunity to analyse, optimise and transform a complex operational ecosystem spanning multiple platforms, processes and stakeholders. Working closely with operational teams and our dedicated AI Solutions Engineer, you'll identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data integrity and introduce automation and AI-driven efficiencies. Success in this role will require strong business analysis expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive meaningful change while ensuring day-to-day client delivery remains uninterrupted. What you'll be doing Discovery & Process Analysis Build a comprehensive inventory of systems, tools, trackers and documents used across the account Map data flows, ownership, system dependencies and operational handoffs Analyse end-to-end workflows and identify inefficiencies, duplicated effort and manual processes Develop detailed process maps and operational documentation across multiple workstreams Digital Transformation & Improvement Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, process redesign and system optimisation Evaluate existing tools and recommend future-state solutions Quantify operational impact, effort savings and business benefits Support the development of scalable, sustainable processes and ways of working AI & Automation Partner closely with Nteractive's AI Solutions Engineer to identify practical AI opportunities Explore solutions that reduce manual administration, improve data accessibility and streamline workflows Support the testing, validation and implementation of AI-enabled processes Help embed innovation and continuous improvement across the account Requirements Gathering & Solution Design Produce clear business requirements, user stories and functional specifications Develop options appraisals, including costs, risks, integrations and implementation considerations Support decision-making through data-driven analysis and recommendations Ensure proposed solutions align with operational and business objectives Change Management & Adoption Lead stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation journey Support process redesign, communications, documentation and training initiatives Develop adoption strategies that encourage engagement and long-term success Drive change across internal teams while minimising disruption to client delivery Stakeholder Management & Reporting Collaborate with senior leaders, operational teams and external partners Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions and process reviews Provide regular progress updates and insights to leadership teams Deliver consolidated recommendations and transformation roadmaps What you will bring Essential Proven IT Business Analyst experience, ideally within operational, delivery or transformation environments Strong process mapping, workflow analysis and requirements gathering expertise Experience supporting and delivering digital transformation initiatives Demonstrable change management and stakeholder engagement experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication, facilitation and documentation abilities Experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint and related platforms Experience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar Desirable Experience working with AI, automation or workflow optimisation tools Experience within events, marketing, agency or sponsorship environments Familiarity with platforms such as RainFocus, Monday.com, Power BI or creative proofing tools Experience rationalising multiple systems and SaaS platforms Business Analysis, Change Management or Agile certifications (BCS, AgilePM, Prosci or similar) Why you'll love working here Play a leading role in a high-profile IT digital transformation programme Work alongside experienced operational, technology and AI specialists Help shape the future of how a global account is delivered Collaborate with talented teams across events, technology and client services Gain exposure to cutting-edge automation and AI initiatives Join a growing global agency where innovation and continuous improvement are highly valued Benefits Annual leave – 33 days including Bank Holidays (pro rata) Summer Hours Pension (5% employee, 3% employer) Wellbeing & Inclusion Initiatives including access to an EAP Enhanced Maternity Pay Rewards & Recognition Incentives Volunteering Day Private Medical Insurance & Cash Plan Generous Talent Referral Scheme Life Insurance Birthday Vouchers Eyecare Vouchers Other Requirements Quiet home environment from which to work, with the ability to attend the office when required for collaboration or client needs Minimum 25MB download / 2MB upload broadband speed for home working Flexibility to travel to company offices or project locations when required Contract Details This position is offered as a PAYE Fixed-Term Contract for up to 12 months. The successful candidate will join Nteractive's payroll for the duration of the contract, with tax and National Insurance deducted at source. Standard company benefits will apply on a pro-rata basis throughout the term of employment.
