EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role within an IT environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in F&B environment (Simphony Cloud experience an advantage).
• Experience in F&B related application system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall), showcasing adaptability.
• Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality or Casino systems is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with standard business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq).
