We are currently seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst F/M/X to join our dynamic team in Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to leverage data-driven insights, align business needs with technological solutions, and drive operational efficiency through effective collaboration and problem-solving. Ideally, you are available in less than a month to join the project !

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for projects and initiatives.
Manager document requirements, and analyze business needs.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend improvements.
Utilize advanced analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
Analyze data using tools like SQL, Python, or R, and present actionable insights.
Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions.
Develop user stories, business process documentation, and maintain centralized documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and implement effective solutions, considering feasibility, risks, and benefits.
Facilitate workshops, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with development teams.
Assist project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Develop project charters, monitor progress, and manage risks.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Research new technologies, implement improvements, and benchmark processes.
