Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, working from the office
ForJo Ltd: Transformation partner for public and private services, supporting digital transformation to provide strategic business solutions that deliver value.

REQUIREMENTS

The IT Business Analyst will play a key role in the successful delivery of ForJo Ltd.’s consulting services and digital training platform. The role involves analysing existing client and internal business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and designing target operating models and toolkits to support client transformation goals.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business analysis role within an IT or digital transformation context
  • Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct interviews, and gather/document detailed requirements
  • Strong understanding of business process modelling, user stories, and specification writing
  • Experience supporting solution implementation and participating in UAT and change readiness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools used in project delivery (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart)

Responsibilities

The Employee shall perform the duties and responsibilities as an IT Business Analyst, including but not limited to:

  • Analysing and designing organisational processes and systems.
  • Assessing business models and technology integration.
  • Identifying change needs and assessing their impact.
  • Capturing and documenting requirements.
  • Supporting implementation through to delivery.
  • Facilitating stakeholder communication and workshops.
