Specifically, by joining the Enterprise Platform Team in Bologna you will be involved in managing corporate change processes. Together with experienced colleagues, you will analyze the strategic requirements necessary to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Analysis of Business requirements through in-depth sessions and interviews with the business areas involved in HR process , with a particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design of the best solution for the customer, through standard SAP/preconfigured solutions or customizations
• Drafting/supporting the drafting of functional and technical analysis of end-to-end processes elated to the chosen SAP SuccessFactors module.
• Internal testing and approval testing with the user user of the application solution
• Support/delivery of training to end users
• Supporting the project team for the release phase of the solution

You will be involved in both domestic and international projects, working alongside highly skilled professionals and collaborating closely with our clients in the Consumer and Industrial Market, including the Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors.
