REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Three years’ experience as a business or IT analyst
  • Strong technology and business process analytical skills
  • Experience as a technical liaison between IT development teams and end users
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude with strong data analyst skills
  • At least one enterprise application implementation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business partners, IT leadership, and development team
  • Experience working as part of an onshore/offshore dev ops team
    Experience with Service Now for incident, problem and change management Azure Dev Ops or other software management tool, Anaplan level 2 certification, Miro or other wireframe tool experience, Demonstrated knowledge of FP&A and/or Supply Chain systems knowledge, Basic SQL querying experience, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or Supply Chain experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Draft requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories
  • Draft user interface and technical wireframes
  • Participate in and lead sprint planning sessions
  • Attend daily stand ups and bi-weekly discovery sessions
  • Support development cycle by clarifying requirements and reviewing solution options
  • Demonstrate functionality to end-users via demos
  • Define testing plans for all necessary phases of testing (unit, functional, integrated, end to end, regression and user acceptance)
  • Coordinate UAT with business testers
  • Execute functional, regression, end to end and user acceptance tests as needed
  • Partner with program management and communications team to draft release communications
  • Support the creation or updating of functional specification documents for integrations
  • Facilitate and monitor implementation of changes to integration schedules via Service Now
