Clarity Partners is seeking IT Business Analyst Interns with strong technical instincts combined with the ability to think and communicate about how technology is used in the real world. Project work may involve custom application development, website developments, system integrations, and other business information systems. Responsibilities: Firsthand experience supporting all phases of life-cycle software implementation and application development. Assist with technical writing, testing, and creation of project plans to set milestones, identify dependencies and risks, and communicate progress. Ability to learn on-the-job as you work on projects for our clients under the guidance of senior Clarity project managers. Partner with senior Clarity project managers to understand our businesses, work across business units, be a team player, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Requirements Requirements: Completed at least 2 years of a 4-year BS degree. High Proficiency with standard functions in MS/Office application suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.). Thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle and process improvement methodologies, including iterative development practices. Excellent oral and written skills for use in writing detailed business requirements and presenting solutions to other team members and management. Demonstrated skills in creative thinking, teamwork, problem solving, decision-making, and time management. Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the IT Business Analyst Internship, the hourly pay range is $26 - $29/hr. The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. Compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
