JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will act as a bridge between the IT department and business units, gathering requirements and translating them into effective IT solutions that align with organizational objectives. As the IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring that technology initiatives meet the needs of the business. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements for IT projects. Analyze and document current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather information and foster stakeholder engagement. Work with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations. Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes. Monitor project progress and assist in change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and analysis methodologies. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with project management methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with IT systems and software development processes. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are advantageous.
