Five plus (5+) years experience operating in a similar Business Analyst, Solution implementation / IT Consulting role

  • Demonstrated Experience in planning, configuring, implementing and supporting the Microsoft 365 platform, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Business Central (Finance), Power Platform, SharePoint Online and Teams.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft 365 document Security (Information Protection and Compliance Management), user roles and permissions
  • Knowledge and use of formal and structured business analysis methodologies.
  • Outstanding customer service along with excellent communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal) to effectively liaise with internal and external clients to understand business requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Experience in the Real Estate / Property Development industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • ITIL compliant call logging tool experience and operating within ITIL service management processes.
  • Relevant IT tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT Engineering or IT Business Computing or extensive experience in a similar business analysis role.
  • ITIL Foundation certificate preferred
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Undertake analyses of business requirements and use this information to scope projects and improve business performance and the customer experience.
  • Document and present business requirements and solutions to business and customer stakeholders.
  • Review business workflows, processes and polices, while helping to establish and implement new ways of doing business that improve operational performance using the Group’s existing and/or new systems and technologies (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure data analytics).
  • Assist the Business and IT with implementing enterprise wide business systems including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central.
  • Document business processes (‘as is and to be’ flow charts) and the customer journey using business analysis methodologies.
  • Document and clearly communicate functional and technical requirements with internal / external IT resources.

Assist with the facilitation and delivery of user training.

  • Assist where required the CIO and Project Managers with all phases of the Project and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Provide update reports on a regular basis to CIO, Project Website (SharePoint - IT Projects Register) and other IT and Business stakeholders on all related projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the business understands and utilises new and existing systems and technologies.
  • Ensure existing business processes remain efficient and effective through continuous business process improvements and re-engineering.
  • Work with End-users, Internal IT, Suppliers and Customers to automate repetitive tasks that are currently being performed manually.
  • Provide second level solution support as required including application configuration, generating scripts / codes, unit testing, data extraction and security configuration.
  • Any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time
