Job Description Integres is seeking up to two experienced Business Analysts to serve as a key liaison between business units, operations, and centralized information services. This role blends traditional Business Analysis with Business Systems Analysis and includes Agile and Product Ownership responsibilities. The BA/BSA will support, enhance, and optimize enterprise financial, HR, operational, and transit-related systems. The resource will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, design system improvements, implement enhancements, and ensure smooth integration across enterprise applications. Systems supported may include PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft HRMS, Hastus, and Regional Fare Collection Systems. Business & Systems Analysis Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and end users. Create Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Develop wireframes, current state process flows, and future state process maps. Analyze business systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. Perform cost-benefit and ROI analysis for system decisions. Act as the bridge between business users, operations, and IT teams. Develop training materials, user guides, and system documentation. Support vendor management and contract renewals for enterprise systems. Agile / Product Ownership Work closely with development and QA teams in an Agile environment. Support or perform Product Owner responsibilities when required. Define features, write and refine user stories, and manage backlogs. Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies. Advocate for stakeholders and ensure delivery of business value. System Maintenance & Enhancements Review, test, and implement vendor system upgrades and enhancements. Maintain foundation tables, security roles, and permissions. Support creation and execution of test scripts. Ensure system integrations function correctly across platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation system issues. Reporting & Data Management Extract, analyze, and manipulate data for reporting and decision-making. Create custom queries and data sets. Integrate data with reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI preferred). Provide guidance and training to end users on reporting tools. Leadership & Collaboration Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with multiple departments. Provide expertise to project teams and mentor junior analysts. Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Work with vendors and consultants to review and validate deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, Economics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst. At least 2 years of experience performing configurations, modifications, or enhancements in enterprise applications. Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience. Desired Experience with large, complex SaaS or enterprise vendor implementations. Experience supporting transit, transportation, or public sector initiatives. Experience in large transformation programs. Strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as HRIS, PeopleSoft Financials/HRMS, or similar platforms. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments. Experience supporting Product Owner responsibilities. Proficiency in business process improvement and workflow optimization. Experience with Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, and Microsoft Whiteboard. Strong documentation, training, and presentation skills. IIBA certification preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Local to the Twin Cities area.
