Job Description: IT Business Analyst
Location: Singaporeans / PRs only (Onsite / Remote with onsite availability)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Development projects.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in creating documentation, process diagrams, and workflows.
· Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies is a plus.
· Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and critical paths effectively.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to travel to Singapore/Malaysia for onsite support when required.

· Coordinate between product owners and development teams to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
· Plan and manage critical paths for project timelines, identifying dependencies and mitigating risks to meet deadlines.
· Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
· Document workflows, processes, and system specifications.
· Collaborate with developers to design and implement solutions.
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system rollout.
· Provide training and user support post-implementation.
