An exciting 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity for an experienced IT Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead high‑impact infrastructure and technical delivery programs at the City of Tea Tree Gully. Reporting to the Team Leader IT Business Initiatives, this position is responsible for leading business process analysis and managing the delivery of IT projects that align with Council’s strategic objectives, with a particular focus on coordinating the server infrastructure refresh, employee device refresh program, and the review and optimisation of other IT services. Key responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the delivery of major infrastructure programs including Council’s server infrastructure refresh, employee device refresh program, and WAN/internet link optimisation. * Partner with business units to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate strategic objectives into actionable technology and project requirements. * Prepare business cases, procurement documentation, and functional/non-functional specifications to support project planning and annual budgeting processes. * Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, facilitate change management, and coordinate vendor engagement to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
