Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments, with a robust understanding of IT operations and business processes (retail/service preferred).

- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, including creating BRDs, user stories, and other clear project documentation.

- Strong analytical skills to assess system issues, identify root causes, evaluate change impacts, and collaborate with technical teams to recommend effective solutions.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, managing backlogs and user stories, and supporting SDLC delivery using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.

- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting insights through workshops, visualizations, written summaries, and facilitating stakeholder sessions and UAT.
