Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Business Analyst to join our Group IT team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, from complex system implementations to business process transformations, supporting strategic initiatives across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end business analysis across diverse projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from concept to delivery. Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis. Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and technical specifications that drive effective solutions. Collaborate closely with solution architects and developers to ensure system design meets business objectives. Support testing activities including planning, execution, and defect resolution. Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements based on KPIs and user feedback. Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture and strategic IT direction. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, fostering clear communication and mutual understanding. Qualifications Proven experience delivering business analysis across both technical (e.g., system integrations, data platforms, cloud migrations) and functional (e.g., process redesign, compliance) projects Strong understanding of business process analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, ADO DevOps Etc.) Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities Familiarity with data analysis, APIs, system architecture, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools) Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences Commercial awareness and a track record of supporting value realization and ROI measurement Additional Information Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow of liquids, gases, and powders across many industries worldwide.
