ABOUT THIS POSITION

We’re looking for a sharp and proactive IT Business Analyst - Sales Platforms to join our transformation journey. This opportunity plays a key role in supporting the implementation of Salesforce, helping to design, define, and deliver how PFD connects with customers and drives commercial success.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications - Sales Platforms, you’ll work alongside a talented project team, acting as the critical bridge between our business stakeholders and technical specialists. Your focus: capturing clear business requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce and related applications across the national sales function.
This is a new role and with that comes the chance to create impact from the ground up.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead workshops to capture business processes and document clear, actionable requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for system integrators and internal teams.
  • Collaborate across departments, bridging IT, SMEs, and vendors to align priorities and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support testing, training, and go-live activities, ensuring business readiness and adoption.
  • Contribute to the design and success of a Salesforce solution that truly meets our business goals.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale enterprise projects, ideally involving CRM or sales platform implementations.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, extracting requirements and managing expectations.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills, with excellent documentation and stakeholder management
