As the Product Owner for Scoot Post Booking, you will take charge of enhancing the post-booking experience for our passengers. From managing their bookings to adding ancillaries, you’ll ensure that every interaction post-purchase is smooth, intuitive, and delightful. If you’re passionate about creating user-centric digital solutions and driving impactful changes, this role is for you! 🚀 Job Description Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for post-booking digital products. Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and business impact. User Experience and Design Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the post-booking experience. Ensure seamless integration of ancillary services and booking management features. Agile Product Development Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, using Agile methodologies. Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products. Performance Monitoring and Optimization Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement data-driven solutions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for all post-booking product-related matters. Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
