JOB SUMMARY

SDA Solutions is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support enterprise IT portfolio management and investment oversight in Suffolk, VA. The ideal candidate will bring experience in Department of Defense (DoD) or Navy IT portfolio management and a strong understanding of data management strategies, interoperability, and compliance requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active U.S. Secret clearance
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Navy or DoD IT portfolio management
  • Strong understanding of IT portfolio compliance requirements, including interoperability and capital planning
  • Demonstrated ability to align IT investments with organizational mission and priorities
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Support management of the organizational domain IT portfolio and associated investments to ensure IT capabilities align with mission requirements and priorities.
  • Assist with setting investment priorities and aligning business processes to ensure IT architecture and products support mission execution.
  • Conduct analysis to ensure IT investments are compliant with applicable statutes, regulations, policies, and guidance.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to enable greater integration, information sharing, and safeguarding while reducing operational costs.
  • Assist with the design, maintenance, and improvement of IT portfolio management and IT procurement portals.
