ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our growing AI team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

• Lead/participate in business requirements specification workshops to specify IT solutions.
• Work closely with the product manager/stakeholders to realize the product vision.
• Conduct impact analyses and effort estimates to propose, approve, and document IT solutions using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team.
• Support the development of solutions and technical analyses.
• Support quality assurance activities and acceptance testing.
• Assist the product manager in defining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Document user stories so they are clearly understood by developers and the quality assurance team.
• Build and maintain functional documentation that is robust, accurate, and accessible to all business stakeholders.
• Play a key role as a communicator, linking external stakeholders (architects, business analysts, infrastructure, etc.) and the team.
• Work with the Scrum Master to ensure team process cohesion.
• Follow end-to-end data access request processes.
