JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst will focus on implementing IT projects, improving systems, building workflows, and automating processes. This role will also involve preparing and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring optimized system flows and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system improvement, automation, and project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 3-5 years in business analysis, with a focus on system optimization, project management, and automation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in workflow automation tools, reporting platforms, and IT project management.
• Project Execution: Proven experience in preparing for and executing IT projects, from planning to completion.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and implement system improvements.

• IT Project Management: Prepare and manage IT projects, including defining requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Oversee project execution to ensure completion within scope and budget.
• Implementation: Implement changes, systems, projects, and processes based on requirements
• System Optimization: Lead initiatives to clean up, streamline, and enhance IT systems for improved functionality and reduced inefficiencies.
• Workflow & Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to optimize business processes and increase efficiency.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Support Analytics team with reporting and dashboards
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in business systems and processes, implementing changes that drive efficiency and scalability.
• Change Documentation: Document all system changes, workflows, and project plans for future reference and accountability.
• User Management: Assist in cleaning up users and creating automation for user management and access control
