About the role... We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad. What you will do... Conduct comprehensive business analysis and develop detailed modelling Analyze requirements and translate them into clear system specifications and process models. Design and maintain robust data models to ensure accurate, scalable information structures. Perform architectural analysis and contribute to the definition and enhancement of system architecture. Create prototypes to validate concepts, gather feedback, and refine solution designs. Technical Skills required... A degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Relative postgraduate degree is considered to be an asset; At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst Good knowledge in Business Process Analysis, Design and Integration; Proven experience in structured or agile software development methodologies; Good knowledge Functional / Non-functional requirements analysis; Good knowledge of UML and Use Case analysis; Very good knowledge of data analysis and data modelling; Good knowledge of data definition technologies (e.g., XML, Json, Avro, etc.); Ability to draft technical documentation. Experience in the following will be considered as an asset: Hands on experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) with Gherkin and Cucumber Knowledge of BPMN will be considered an asset; Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) or microservice architectures will be considered as an asset. Knowledge of Web services (SOAP or REST) will be considered a plus; Behavioral Attributes...
