OVERVIEW:

We are seeking self-driven individual to fill a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager role on our Data Engineering team. This role will be a critical bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and document data requirements, work closely with data engineers on solution design, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact data products that power analytics, reporting, and healthcare decision-making across the organization.The BA/PM will support the team in building scalable data pipelines, understanding data needs, aligning deliverables with business objectives, and ensuring solutions meet compliance and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a data engineering or analytics environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Strong understanding of data concepts such as ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes, and data modeling
  • Proficiency in creating business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and data dictionaries
  • Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, SQL databases, or cloud-based data systems
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
