ONSHORE IT SYSTEM/BUSINESS ANALYSTS

a) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand and document
business needs, business requirements and flows related to the Authority’s
public services and application systems;
b) Review business rules and service journeys, gathering requirement
specifications, engaging stakeholders, creating user journey maps and
wireframes, and providing support on updates to the Authority;
c) Develop user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and create detailed
process maps to visualise, understand and streamline current workflows and
business processes;
d) Review design specifications and project deliverables (e.g. monthly project
report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application
design/ code) to ensure the completeness for the Authority’s acceptance;
e) Understand and review source codes from vendor(s) for deployment;
f) Support and review on-site acceptance and System Integration Testing
