JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Business Analyst / Developer will be responsible for identifying and Implementing software requirements by developing and maintaining core business applications and databases.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or recognised technical diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in software development/business analysis in commercial environment
  • Experience including Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing).
  • Background in Database design, development, and enhancement within the MS SQL Server DBMS.
  • Experience of Microsoft .NET, VBscript and VBA and HTML.
  • Prior experience using B.I reporting tools.
  • Experience of user acceptance testing of software.
  • Experience in Project Management is desirable
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • To participate on forums/working groups/committees as required.
  • Promote a culture which is supportive of excellent service delivery and meets Tuath Housing’s vision, mission, and values.
