At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a IT Business Analyst to join our UniQue team. What will you be doing in this role? Provide expert input on IT strategy and Information Systems (IS) business architecture. Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to validate business needs and anticipate impacts. Develop and maintain functional and non-functional requirements; contribute to Business Case analysis and Project Charters. Perform business process analysis and modeling (As-Is / To-Be). Elicit and specify requirements using use cases and related techniques. Draft, review, and validate use cases and other technical documents with IT project teams to ensure business requirements are properly implemented. Act as a liaison between end users, technical analysts, consultants, and other organizations to support analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of IT systems for optimal operational performance. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through information systems or other non-system-driven changes. Assist in preparing proposals for new systems or operational changes. Support the production of user acceptance testing plans and test cases. Provide functional guidance to technical teams and act as a team lead on designated projects or assignments. Analyze integration between different information systems. Perform data analysis and data modeling. Assist during testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting phases. What will you be bringing to the team? Master's degree in IT with minimum 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 15 years relevant experience). In-depth knowledge of information systems and business process analysis. Strong understanding of software development processes. Extensive experience in drafting functional and business use cases. At least 2 years of experience with BPMN and UML. Minimum 2 years of experience with interoperability technologies (Service-Oriented Architecture, web services, message-oriented middleware) and modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Draw.io, Camunda Modeler, Visio, Gliffy, Enterprise Architect). Knowledge and experience with UI mockup tools (e.g., Balsamiq). Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Nice to have: Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle). Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian JIRA. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PM², PMI, Prince2). Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Python). Experience in document and workflow-based information systems. CBAP Certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional). Proficiency in English at least at level C1. French will be considered an advantage.
