  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end diagnostic approaches, defining review scope, methodology, evidence requirements, and quality standards.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma or comparable methodologies to analyze workflow performance, throughput variation, and root causes of inefficiency, rework, or delays.
  • Direct process mapping, file reviews, and quantitative/qualitative data analysis while supervising and guiding the Improvement Specialist.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and review sessions with operational teams and subject matter experts to validate evidence and test findings.
  • Synthesize complex analysis to develop practical, prioritized, and implementation-ready recommendations and improvement roadmaps.
  • Prepare and present authoritative, high-quality executive reports, presentations, and advice to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all diagnostic review activities adhere to QRIDA governance, privacy, confidentiality, and risk management standards.
