TERNA S.A. is currently looking for an: IT Business Applications Specialist Responsibilities: Assists in ensuring critical Business Applications, specifically SAP ERP systems, are available twenty-four (24) hours per day. Assists with establishment and maintenance of user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems. Assists with providing Management / Support of SAP ERP systems and SAP User /Group Administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration and access, Data creation, management of roles and profiles, trouble-shooting in access problems and completion of on-site documentation. Assists in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades and troubleshooting. Assists with providing application support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and restoration of service and virus protection management Provides direct guest support and quality support to function rooms and conference services for relevant applications. Assists with administration of Microsoft O365 Apps, connection to global VPN and other communication tools. Assists with GEK TERNA Group Websites administration, Active Directory Users & Groups administration and SharePoint administration. Requirements: 3 years of experience in IT. SAP ERP good knowledge and support for Desktop OS and applications including patches. IT Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with earlier relevant experience. Strong PC skills based on Microsoft operating systems and applications. Preferred knowledge of programming languages are HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Good command of English language. Competencies: High attention to detail and strong commitment to customer service. Strong analytical mind, technical background, MCSE or strong networking skills. Highest level of integrity and transparency.

Responsibilities

The IT Business Applications Specialist assists in ensuring the availability of critical Business Applications, particularly SAP ERP systems, around the clock. They also provide support for user administration, server infrastructure management, and application support services.
