POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative IT Business Architect to lead our digital transformation initiatives and align business processes with enterprise-wide IT strategies. This role is key in interpreting business needs, optimizing operational frameworks, and designing scalable, effective IT solutions that drive productivity and agility. The IT Business Architect serves as a bridge between technical solutions and business goals, ensuring continuous improvement and long-term value creation across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Certifications such as PMI-BA, Business Analyst (BA), or Product Owner (PO) are a plus.

EXPERIENCE

• 2–4 years of experience with information systems, digital product lifecycle, and business process management.
• Experience leading medium-scale IT/digital projects (involving 1–2 business areas, $20K–$50K investment, up to 200 hours).
• Demonstrated success in digital portfolio management, initiative planning, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Global communication experience, with Portuguese language proficiency considered a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Deep understanding of enterprise business architecture methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with business process modeling, digital transformation, and IT governance.
