We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT solutions and services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a deep understanding of the IT landscape, including software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or business development (depending on level).
  • Strong knowledge of IT products/services such as software development, cloud computing, SaaS, DevOps, or cybersecurity or wireless surveys.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, email campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions (e.g., software, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity).
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and demos to clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with service capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor strategies.
