Ensure IT Operations budget is secured for successful delivery 5+ years of experience in executing Digital Transformation within Business and IT Experience of managing large-scale IT deliveries involving multiple system domains Proven strengths to manage stakeholder expectations and aligning digital initiatives vs business priorities Experience from agile development using agile delivery methodologies in an enterprise setting Good understanding of IT digital technologies, processes and tools Experience of complexities to large system landscapes with multiple integrations You initiate action, curiously seek opportunities and mitigate risks, and adopt flexibly to follow through and deliver results You build trust, good working relationships, and communicate and collaborate effectively Informal leadership capability, with demonstrated ability to encourage and mobilize cross-functional teams toward shared objectives. PMI or PMP certification (preferred) A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field Business experience from BA/MA/CU (preferred)
