POSITION OVERVIEW:

At Boeing, we are looking for a talented Business Operations professional to support our Australian IT organisation, based in Melbourne or Brisbane. You will be working with the Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) Regional Leader and will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our strategy, operations, governance, risk, compliance, and financial processes, enabling successful operations across the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in an IT services or technology driven environment and thrives in a fast-paced role that blends business strategic support with data analysis, project co-ordination and reporting.
Due to the International nature of the role and business as a whole, there may be the requirement to support after hours meetings and calls, however flexibility is encouraged.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology performing in a change management, program / project management, or business operations
  • 5+ years demonstrating acumen in operations, risk management, financial management
  • 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
  • 5+ years of experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences and all levels of management
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on outcomes
  • Comfortable with data, tools and systems
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data and generate insights.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Project Management Profession (PMP Certification)
