REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certified in IT Project Management
  • Minium 8 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in portfolio project management and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security systems, web/portal development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with senior management and operational staff
Responsibilities
  • Acts as the primary contact point for IT within Line of Business (LOB) operations, fostering effective working relationships with senior business stakeholders.
  • Ensures effective, efficient, and quality delivery of IT services, making sure that Service Level Agreement targets are met.
  • Engages stakeholders and collaborates between Group IT and business, addressing issues promptly to maintain productive partnerships.
  • Manages a portfolio of IT projects for the Business Area (BA), which are undertaken by the Group or BA IT teams, and ensures that projects are completed within agreed targets (budget, scope, and schedule).
  • Organizes and integrates cross-functional teams for the successful delivery of assigned projects and project deliverables and objectives are met.
  • Supports Group IT initiatives and ensures that they are effectively communicated and successfully rolled out to end users in the BA.
  • Works with key business and IT stakeholders to maximize business value and return on investment arising from the delivery of IT solutions.
  • Drives operational excellence and continuously explores opportunities to improve IT service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance business outcomes.
  • Provides advice on IT technologies and risks and assists businesses in identifying opportunities for the use of enabling technologies to support business growth and/or enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Promulgates Group IT policies, procedures, and best practices to local and overseas business units in the BA.
  • Plans and manages BA’s IT budget and allocation of cost to LOB.
  • Support and assist with pre-internal audit checks for BA and follow-up on any identified IT issues to ensure timely resolution by IT team.
